Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for corporate branding, digital marketing, customer engagement, events, communications, content creation, and demand generation initiatives across Yamazaki Mazak Singapore and Southeast Asia operations. The role drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation while strengthening the Mazak brand throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Corporate Communications

• Manage corporate brand strategy.
• Maintain consistent messaging across channels.
• Oversee internal and external communications.

Digital Marketing

• Lead website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and analytics.
• Improve digital presence and engagement.

Events & Demand Generation

• Plan exhibitions, open houses, seminars, roadshows, and customer events.
• Manage partner and industry association activities.
• Support lead generation initiatives.

Content & Creative Management

• Develop brochures, videos, case studies, and customer success stories.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Ensure branding standards are maintained.

Marketing Operations

• Manage marketing budget.
• Track KPIs and ROI.
• Oversee marketing calendar and campaign execution.

Requirements & Competencies

Education & Professional Background

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, automation, or engineering sector experience preferred.
• Strong digital marketing and event management capabilities.
