How You'll Make An Impact
- You will assist event preparation and vendor communication.
- You will maintain and manage intranet and external websites with global team, content collecting and editing.
- You will support in the market data and information collection: energy industry related topic analysis.
- You will support administration assignment when required.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree.
- As this position involves considerable liaison with vendors/ internal customers at all levels excellent interpersonal skills, in particular communication skills, are essential.
- Candidates should enjoy working as part of a team but also have the ability to work alone.
- Proactive and enjoy learning energy transition, sustainable energy trend.
- Well verbal and email communication in English.
