Assist Marketing Manager in planning, scheduling, and implementing announcement, on sale schedule and marketing plan for shows and events
Create, oversee, manage and coordinate creative materials for marketing campaigns, including paid, organic, and promotional content
Collaborate with all stakeholders to create and present engaging pitches to artists and partners to help drive our business
Provide support to the Marketing Manager, work closely with the team to deliver committed promotions and programs
Coordinate announcement, pre-show and day-of-show press with media
Manage the email database (EDM) and website, communicating with our fans through personalized and timely messages / day-to-day fan inquiries to enhance their experience

Job Requirements
Interest and passion for the concert business
University diploma required
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Able to adapt and work on-site at venues around/during show days
