MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CONTENT + SEARCH)

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content in English and Chinese for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Plan and execute top-of-funnel (TOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
• Manage organic and paid search campaigns, including keyword research and ad copywriting, while implementing SEO strategies to enhance website ranking and visibility.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to localize global campaigns for the Hong Kong audience.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance, preparing detailed reports to support the sales team in engaging prospective students and parents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content marketing and digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and SEA.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Creativity in developing engaging content aligned with brand goals.
• High learning agility and a growth mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for education and professional development.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva and Marketo.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
