1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications and other related majors, 3 years or more of R&D work experience is preferred 2. Solid computer knowledge, strong logical ability and learning ability in-depth understanding of at least one language such as Go, Python, Java, etc. 3. Familiarity with distributed system design, microservice system design, stability management, common middleware principles and practices, etc. is preferred 4. Love programming, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong learning ability, have a strong thirst for knowledge, and have good team communication and collaboration skills 5.
