You'll play a key role in turning ideas into execution by supporting high-profile tech and PC hardware brands, keeping campaigns organized, aligned, and delivered to a high standard. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and operations, with real exposure to product launches, global campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the creation and rollout of marketing assets, including press kits, visual assets, launch collateral, and campaign support materials.
- Support campaign planning through briefs, presentations, and internal documentation that keep teams aligned and focused.
- Own timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval flows across internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the central point of coordination between creative, technical, supplier, and client teams ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date project dashboards and trackers in tools like Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets.
- Review all outgoing materials to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, tone, and visual quality before release.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination, ideally within tech and hardware.
- Confident communicator who can work smoothly with designers, engineers, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail, with a sharp eye for copy, layouts, and final deliverables.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel without losing momentum.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion and Asana.
