How will you make an impact in this role
- Coordination and execution of the local Supplier and Agent Engagement activities within the market, covering Supplier Showcases, Call Centre visits, Partner Lunch & Learn training, FAM Trips, in line global supplier engagement strategy
- Organization of Product Learning and Development Days, supporting quarterly Employee Town Halls, working to tight timelines and meeting business regulatory requirements at all times
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives with a focus to drive business goals (RTF and Sales)
- Deployment of market based communications aligned to global communications and supplier engagement.
- Providing day to day operational support to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the market
- Support TCE Management Team Strategic initiatives, date analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality or a related discipline
- Proven experience in partnership management, with the ability to independently manage global hotel partners and organize large-scale vendor events
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners in a global environment
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate strategic performance, and support sales initiatives
- Proficiency in preparing clear and compelling presentation materials that showcase partner performance
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
