About The Role:

The Marketing Contractor role will be based in Taipei and will be responsible for shaping and executing market entry strategies for Meitu and other group products in the Mexico market, with Spanish language proficiency required. This role will lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and spark engaging social conversations around our brand and apps.

In this role you will:

  • Develop user growth strategies in Spain or other Spanish-speaking markets;
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and manage collaborations with overseas influencers;
  • Identify local market trends and user preferences, and work cross-functionally to implement localized operations strategies;
  • Develop and maintain local marketing and media resources, and manage partnerships and communication workflows;
  • Strong Portuguese skills; proficiency in additional language is a plus;

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute global product marketing and operations strategies to achieve user growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage marketing and operations budgets, plan resource allocation, and execute according to strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with HQ product teams to define market positioning strategies and drive product globalization.
  • Lead or participate in various globalization projects, coordinating cross-department resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor data and key performance metrics, continuously optimize strategies, and facilitate internal communication and alignment.

Qualifications

-3+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in in-app campaigns, influencer marketing, and social media engagement.

-Skilled at turning social-driven insights into effective market entry strategies.

-Strong understanding of photography, video production, or creative content creation.

-Deep awareness of social media trends in Spain or other Spanish-speaking markets.

-Proven experience managing marketing agencies and building collaborative partnerships.

-Agile, proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and communicates with clarity.
