Key Responsibilities :
1. Retail & Brand Activation
Execute retail and brand initiatives planned by Headquarters and Regional teams, ensuring full alignment with brand positioning and local market strategy.
Support the planning and execution of in-store events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
2. Media & PR Management
Collaborate closely with PR agencies to coordinate media communications, event invitations, and press release distribution.
Track and consolidate Earned Media coverage, supporting brand exposure analysis and performance reporting.
Ensure all PR initiatives strictly adhere to global brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
3. Paid Media & Campaign Performance
Support Paid Media campaigns by coordinating advertising materials, timelines, and media schedules.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
4. Influencer & KOL Partnerships
Assist in planning and executing Influencer and KOL collaboration projects aligned with brand objectives.
Maintain influencer databases and relationships, ensuring timely content delivery and performance tracking.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or above
Three years or more working experiences with international branded luxury goods, beauty, and PR agency preferred.
Proficient English abilities and good at copy writing
Good communication skills
Good organizing, planning, and execution skills
Detailed and responsible
Good team player
Able to work independently
