In this Role, you'll get to:
Develop business in the local region and achieve market growth, responsibilities include:

* Explore and maintain the potential or existing external partners such as banks and KOLs - independently handle from the beginning to the end.
* Strategy and operation duty for marketing campaign, content writing and analysis.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Work closely with Trip's global offices and local sourcing teams to collaborate on multiple campaigns, to deliver high-quality content and messages that meet local market needs.
* Coordinate with key stakeholders in different regions, including product and marketing teams, to maintain campaign processes and align with product functionalities.
* Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with legal, finance, HR, and admin functions.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

* Minimum 5+ years of working experience in marketing or partnership, travel industry, e-commerce or start up is a plus.
* Advanced ability in verbal and written English.
* Familiar with excel and comfortable with analytics tool
* Outstanding execution skills to make sure the high output qualities.
* Sensitive about travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences.
* Spontaneous, responsible, open-minded and result-driven.
