Description:

Help for coordinate tradeshows, new product launch, and all marketing materials for both printed and digital versions.

Help for maintaining and handling company e-commerce websites.

Assist writing and proofreading creative copy, press release, flyers, catalogues and digital content.

Help for developing campaign performance metrics, targets and track impact from activities while providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.

Experience: Junior-level candidates; prior marketing experience is not required but enthusiasm and learning agility are essential.

We are not looking for experienced professionals seeking stability this position is for adaptable, results-oriented individuals who want growth.

Languages: Excellent command of English (mandatory); Chinese (Mandarin) strong plus; another European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Traits & Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient under pressure, competitive, proactive, goal-oriented, quick learner, culturally curious, and persistent.

Employment Terms

Location: Taiwan or China (on-site during immersion).

Immersion Period: Minimum one year in Taiwan or China for business, product, and cultural training.

Probation Period: Three months of intense evaluation under a Pass or Fail system. This is a high-pressure sales environment, and success depends on attitude, discipline, and results.

Visa, Relocation & Support: Full support for work visa, relocation, and housing assistance (if applicable). Cross-departmental onboarding to understand LTW's products, markets, and corporate culture.
