Job Description

Location: Taiwan

We are seeking a Market Access Manager / Specialist to lead and execute market access strategies for Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) in Taiwan. This role will focus on reimbursement strategy, health policy engagement, pricing, and stakeholder management to ensure sustainable patient access and commercial success.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in NIPT or molecular diagnostics, a solid understanding of Taiwan's healthcare reimbursement landscape, and the ability to work cross-functionally with medical, commercial, and regulatory teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Access & Reimbursement

Develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies for NIPT in Taiwan

Lead activities related to pricing, reimbursement pathways, and health policy analysis

Monitor and interpret changes in NHIA, MOHW, and relevant healthcare regulations

Support reimbursement dossiers, health economic evidence, and value messaging

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including:

Health authorities and payers

KOLs (OB/GYNs, geneticists, laboratory leaders)

Professional societies and relevant associations

Act as a key point of contact for market accessrelated discussions with external partners

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Finance teams

Provide market access insights to support product launch, lifecycle management, and expansion strategies

Align access strategies with commercial and medical plans

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Analyze market trends, competitor access strategies, and pricing dynamics for NIPT and related diagnostics

Provide strategic recommendations to management based on data and field insights

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields

3+ years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or pricing within healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech

Solid knowledge of Taiwan healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and policy environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred (Highly Desirable)

Direct experience with NIPT, genetic testing, or molecular diagnostics

Experience working with OB/GYN, prenatal screening, or laboratory testing products

Familiarity with health economics, real-world evidence, or value-based arguments

Experience supporting new test launches or reimbursement expansion
