Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production operations to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.
• Act as a vital link between supervisors and operators, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Monitor production lines and address any issues that arise to maintain smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure outstanding product standards.
• Analyze production data to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in front-end semiconductor production.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support operators effectively.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Solid understanding of production line management and quality control processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and another language.
• Willingness to work a permanent day or night shift, based on operational needs and personal preference.
