Role
The Manufacturing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations of our Asia manufacturing sites. This position is critical to achieving production targets, mitigating technical and quality challenges, and proactively addressing geopolitical and operational risks. By managing and coordinating both factory-level KPIs and strategic OKR initiatives, the Manufacturing Operations Manager will contribute to continuous improvements in automation, cycle time reduction, and quality enhancements essential to Solidigm's commitment to excellence. The role will also require working closely with our Product manufacturing team leads and owning product specific deliverables through operational efficiencies.
