- Miscellaneous/Spares/Packing material/Bulk item stock by VMI(vendor managed inventory) and call off(including purchasing requisition)
Clean room logistic operation management
- Physical material kitting and deliver to cleaning room production line
- The collaboration with upstream(production planner/WH inbound) and downstream(production).
- Barcode reader and MES operation system, SAP system in the Future
- Operating overhand hand crane.
- Clean:Ultrasonic cleaning operation, Organic solvent operation and Oven operation
Continuous improvement management
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within farming and within scope.
- Set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project of own business scope.
- Presenting reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- SCM data master management for PP/MM/SD/WH module
- ERP to ERP system transition coordination
- Excess and Obsolete review and coordinate with business controller
