Position: STEM Translation Evaluator
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:Flexible schedule
Role Responsibilities
- Review translated responses to STEM questions and rate the quality of translations.
- Write reference (golden) responses when necessary to ensure high standards.
- Provide clear and accurate judgments on translation quality in Mandarin.
- Evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality of translations.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native or near-native Mandarin speaker.
- Strong STEM background (degree or professional experience in science, engineering, math, or technology).
- Ability to evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality.
