Hands-On Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment es including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of roles including production, engineering, accounting/finance, and operations.
Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and niche candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Build strong relationships with local community partners, trade schools, Universities, workforce agencies and technical colleges.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while moving quickly and efficiently.
Talent Acquisition Leadership
Build and execute recruiting strategy for the facility.
Design scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
Own employer branding initiatives tailored to skilled trade and production talent.
Analyze hiring trends and use data to recommend improvements and influence leaders.
Leadership Collaboration & Influence
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
Facilitate effective intake meetings, alignment discussions, and hiring decisions.
Confidently challenge or push back on leaders to ensure hiring standards and fairness are upheld.
Coach managers on interview best practices and decision-making.
Position Qualifications
10 + years in full life cycle recruiting; management or lead experience preferred
3+ years recruitment experience leading teams
Manufacturing recruitment experience
Must be English speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortably operating independently in a fast paced, changing environment
