The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Taiwan recruitment function. Based in Hsinchu, this role will take full ownership of talent acquisition across Taiwan, driving hiring strategies, partnering with business leaders, and leading the Taiwan TA team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across Taiwan
  • Manage and mentor the Taiwan TA team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Develop and implement TA strategies, including workforce planning, talent pipelining, and market mapping
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure operational excellence, including data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with internal processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Lead and support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and talent attraction programs
  • Track hiring metrics and ensure timely delivery against hiring goals

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to full-cycle recruiting
  • Proven track record in leading hiring strategies and managing recruitment processes in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong sourcing capability with expertise in engaging passive and niche talent
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies
  • Highly proactive, organized, and results-oriented
  • Strong team player with the ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
