Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Partnership Manager to expand and manage our ecosystem in the Taiwan region. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholdersincluding e-wallets, major traffic platforms, and local travel agenciesto drive sustainable business growth and enhance brand influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify, pitch, and maintain strategic relationships with e-wallets, high-traffic platforms, and travel agencies to design win-win collaboration models.
- Affiliate & Campaign Management: Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize brand exposure and user acquisition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends in Taiwan to identify emerging opportunities and provide actionable partnership proposals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partnership resources align with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management; deep familiarity with the Taiwan market is a strong plus.
- Core Skills: Proven track record in business negotiation, campaign planning, and data analysis.
- Languages: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and Traditional Chinese; fluency in English is preferred.
- Attributes: Result-oriented with strong execution skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- Existing network or deep understanding of the Taiwan e-wallet ecosystem, major media platforms, or the travel industry.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms/tools or knowledge of cross-border e-commerce.
