Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on HR Business Partner role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, innovative environments — especially within the crypto and blockchain space.

You'll work closely with leadership and functional heads across emerging and existing business units to design, implement, and execute new-age HR initiatives that support our evolving needs — with a strong focus on agility, culture, and talent readiness.
