Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Senior Manager Human Resources, Rest of Asia (ROA) based in Singapore reporting directly to the HR Director, APAC.
The Senior Manager, HR is responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across operational and strategic initiatives in the region. This role partners with functional leaders to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and global HR policies.
