Responsibilities:
- Developandmaintaingoodrelationshipwithcustomers
- Activelyinvolvedinthedailybunkertradingactivates,followupsalesinquiriesandcoordinatewithsuppliers
- Issuequotations,monitorcustomers'delivery/updateprogressstatusandprovideafter-salessupportbyprovidingexcellentcustomerservice
- Liaisewithvariouspartiestofacilitatedailyoperation
- Preparemonthlyreportsconsolidationandothersrelateddocuments
- Responsibleforoverseasmarket
- Traveltooverseasoccasionally
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 5-8 years of customer service/sales experience of Bunker Oil industry
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal parties
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill
- Capable of multi-tasking and work in a fast pace environment
- MS office
