Job Descriptions:
Sales Support Manager responsible for supervising Sales Support Officers, office administrator officer and supervisor of the daily operation files processing that to provide the sales support service to internal and external customers. And to maintenance the business procedure annually update and management of the merchant and outsourcing vendor contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily operations of Sales Support team
- Improving the productivity and efficiency of the team by streamlining workflow and cultivating better team morale
- Better managing Sales Support hot-line by resolving complain cases that cannot be handled by the hot-line staff
- Up-lifting overall merchant services level by proactively seeking improvement of service quality from support units
- Acting as project driver for ad hoc projects and to produce reports for status/result tracking
- Management of the external official letter, merchant contract and outsourcing vendor contracts.
- To lead the business procedure updates by annually to meet compliance.
- To ensure the daily settlement files achieve Service level Standard (SLSs).
- Business support such as repricing program support, Internal / External information posting.
- Requirements:
- Five years or above experience in customer service or sales with 2 years in supervisory level
- Good coaching and people management skills
- Numeric and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with good typing skills
- Good command in written and spoken English
