Job Title: Manager, Artist Management /

What you'll do:

  • Lead artist management initiatives; formulate and market the artist's public image / , .
  • Map out career plans and establish professional goals; identify and develop commercial partnership opportunities for artists / ,
  • Drive client base growth and maintain strong professional relationships / .
  • Evaluating and dealing the artist's personnel requirements /
  • Manage bookkeeping and balancing the artist's budget and coordinate business schedules /
  • Establish merchandising and commercial relations /

Experience Level:

  • Strong interest in music and / or performing arts / .
  • Computer literate (Google Suite including Google Sheets, Google Documents, Google Slides) with fast and accurate typing skills /
  • Sound judgment with a proven ability to manage and resolve crises effectively/
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload /
  • Ability to work on own initiative and complete projects within specified deadlines without direct supervision / ,,
  • Enthusiastic with a positive approach to work /
  • Excellent negotiating skills with meticulous attention to detail /
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels /
  • Detail-oriented in handling administrative tasks, with strong patience / ,

Desirable:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Qualifications in music (or related subject)
  • Languages would be very beneficial
  • Experience in a music environment

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships
