Manager (Sales)

• Responsible for liaising with property agents, property selling, sales launch, customer services and relevant documentation works etc.
• Support, plan and execute the sales strategies for commercial & industrial properties
• Keep abreast of property market trends
• Maintain and develop clients and agencies relationship
• Carry out asset review
• Conduct business planning for asset disposal

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate Studies, Marketing or related disciplines
• 8-10 years experience in sales and marketing in property industry
• Experience in commercial & industrial, carpark sales or relevant fields is required
• Well-versed in the property market trends and practices
• Proactive, customer-oriented, a good team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing and MS Office
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered for the post of Deputy Manager
