The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our components are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great product at an exceptional quality level, we also build great relationships.

a day in the life
- Translates Vancouver material priorities into In-Geo execution plans, vendor assignments, team workload, timelines, and status-management cadence.
- Manage team delivery across vendor development, testing, mini-bulk, spec signoff, sample-yardage support, and handoff to Product Integrity or downstream teams.
- Reviews development status, test failures, vendor capacity, submission quality, spec readiness, and escalation recommendations across the team.
- Leads operational problem solving with RM vendors, FG vendors, testing facilities, PI, Quality, Sourcing, and RM S&P.
- Escalates critical trade-offs, timing risks, capacity constraints, and technical blockers to Vancouver RM and In-Geo senior leadership with options.
- Ensures accurate system updates, reporting discipline, vendor follow-up, and timely communication to Vancouver partners.
- Sets priorities, allocates work, provides coaching and feedback, and builds execution capability across Developers and Assistants.
- Implements consistent best-practice guardrails for vendor management, testing, mini-bulk, sample-yardage resolution, and development documentation.
- Bachelors degree in textiles or industrial engineering or 10 years+ relevant experience
- 5+ years experience working in textile development and quality assurance role working directly with mill.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
- Passion for Textile
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet-research / reporting / analysis tools
- Ability to travel overseas & domestically.
- Strong ability to work with the structure of a team, work under pressure and meet deadlines
