Job Description

Your role:

Coordinating with internal functional teams and external partners to develop new campaigns launch or business as usual marketing campaigns
Develops and execute campaigns and marketing activities that blend strategic insights with creative concepts using well-honed project management skills
Managing all aspects of marketing initiates from initial point of contact to closure, using AI to generate content & segmentation approach on message
Works with data analytic team to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns based on their performance in terms of reach, frequency, response rates, etc... key performance metrics, using AI tools to conduct analytics
Executing campaigns designed to build partnership program awareness promote products and services, and generate leads to meet program KPIs
Proactively seeks to strengthen brand and product proposition through marketing campaigns and partners
Responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with marketing partners and organizational stakeholders
Work with the partners and other internal teams to ensure all marketing activities and campaigns are delivered to a best-in-class standard and maximum efficiency
Use ad tech solutions and data-driven targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness, ensuring best-in-class audience reach, engagement, and ROI through precise segmentation, programmatic activation, and continuous performance optimization.
Engages and communicates with both the internal teams and partners on the marketing readiness and progress, as well as the current marketing strategy and priorities

To succeed in this role:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the digital banking/FinTech industry or experience in marketing agency, media agency, mobile app technology consultant serving financial services clients
Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills, and attentive to details
Possess good data analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
