The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures our rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and administer compensation structures, including salary bands, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Oversee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.), ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal employee experience.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Give advice on compensation strategies, policies, and practices.
- Lead annual compensation review and benefits renewal processes.
- Support global mobility and expatriate compensation programs.
- Monitor trends and best practices in total rewards; recommend enhancements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English
