Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative individual to drive
cross-market growth by identifying opportunities across
Vertical Destination Origin dimensions, and to
streamline internal workflows for higher operational efficiency. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution ability connecting data insights to commercial impact through close collaboration with marketing, supply, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth through Insights:
- Leverage data to uncover business opportunities across verticals, destinations, and origins. Identify key growth levers and develop actionable strategies to improve sales performance regionally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, supply, product, and operations teams to align priorities, optimize category performance, and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Map and streamline collaboration workflows across teams to enhance efficiency and ensure clear ownership of deliverables and accountability across markets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Design and maintain dashboards or frameworks to monitor performance KPIs (sales, sessions, CVR, ROI, etc.), provide regular insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Projects
- Support cross-market or cross-category initiatives (e.g., seasonal campaigns, vertical playbooks, or process improvement projects) from planning to post-mortem analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 58 years of experience in e-commerce, strategy, category management, or consulting
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL or data visualization tools is a plus)
- Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
- Excellent communication skills able to translate data and business insights into clear recommendations
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented problem solver
- Experience in regional or multi-market roles is a plus
