Manager - Leasing (Office Leasing)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

The job holder will lead a leasing team and responsible for all leasing matters of offices premises.

• Formulate and implement effective leasing strategic and action plans to meet the set KPIs for the assigned portfolios
• Strengthen business network and foster good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
• Diligently review proposals from prospects to ensure an effective tenant mix aligned with the set positioning of the relevant properties
• Supervise negotiation and conclusion of tenancies (both new lettings and renewals / rent reviews) in professional and effective manners. Hands-on monitoring in all leasing administrative work i.e. letters / leasing documents / reports etc.
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports & presentation for Management and/ Executives
• Budget (including rental forecast) planning as well as on-going monitoring of the same
• Well coordination with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that fitting-out/ renovation works/ marketing and promotion are being carried out smoothly and compliant with statutory regulations / code of practices
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned ​from time to time

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years relevant experience in office leasing, preferably with major developers
• Excellent networks with corporate clients and real estate agents
• Strong negotiation and communication skillset and solid experience in handling leasing documents and dealing with property management practitioners independently
• Strong market sense, proactive working attitude with asset management mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills e.g., MS Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
