Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer (Office)

• Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of quality commercial properties
• Handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
• Co-ordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out and renovation works

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years experience in office leasing, preferably with major developers
• Good networks with real estate agents and potential tenants
• Proactive, positive attitude and good team player
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer
