Position Overview: The General Affairs Manager, Truck & Fleet Management ensures smooth operations by managing fleet and equipment procurement, infrastructure management, and drive welfare/training.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of all fleet operation related equipment
- Operational Efficiency: Enhance working environments and manage administrative duties
- General Administration: Support events, manage communications, documents, budgets, and administrative costs
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety checks and compliance with laws and regulations
- Communication: Facilitate communication between HQ and fulfillment centers, ensuring clear policy dissemination and issue resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in Trucking/Fleet management, Logistics, or Administrations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of office management and employee welfare regulations
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Basic proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
