Manager, Distribution Platform Solution

This role is responsible for managing channel digital enablement projects, translate business requirements into user stories, define UAT plan and test cases as well as providing production support to the frontline sales team and/or distribution partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in conducting feasibility studies on new ideas and consolidate findings to support recommendations to management.

• Execute projects according to plan by understanding business requirements, writing up and reviewing user stories, defining and executing UAT plan, and ensure the delivery by tech team are validated before rollout.

• Work with risk and/or operation/tech/product teams to identify risks associated with the enhancements and ensure project deliverables comply with internal and external/regulatory guidelines.

• Execute plans to uplift adoption and usage of digital tools.

• Provide production support to frontline sales team and/or distribution partners, and liaise with tech team to investigate issues and resolve production issues and communicate to the frontline.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in business or technology discipline

• 7 years or above relevant experience in financial sector, preferably in life insurance

• Solid experience in business analysis and quality assurance with sound technical knowledge. Experience in digital product management in agile methodology is a plus.

• Strong understanding of digital user experience

• Experience in Google Analytics, SQL and Power BI is a plus

• Excellent command of English and Chinese - both written and spoken. Ability to speak in both Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
