ZICO Capital is a specialised independent provider of corporate finance and capital markets advisory services for private and public-listed companies in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, driven and competent individual to join our corporate finance team.
Job Description
- Advise and drive the execution of IPOs, and corporate finance and capital markets transactions including mergers and acquisitions
- Assist in deal origination and business development initiatives by identifying potential leads and preparing pitch presentations and financial models
- Project manage transactions and liaise with clients and professional parties towards successful completion of transactions
- Manage a repertoire of corporate actions undertaken by listed issuers, including take-private or general offers, independent financial adviser opinions, financial advisory transactions involving major acquisitions or disposals, or corporate restructuring or fundraising activities
- Lead transaction due diligence, documentation and any other related duties
- Lead and undertake rigorous financial analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations
- Prepare and review of documents to be submitted to the regulatory authorities or released by listed issuers and advise on corporate transactions, in respect of compliance with listing requirements of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
- Liaise with regulatory authorities with regards to listing and regulatory matters of the issuers
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business related fields
- Preferably with 4-6 years of relevant experience, with strong financial and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and strong ability to work with internal and external teams across functions and businesses on transactions
- Practical experience in listings, corporate actions and/or regulatory compliance matters relating to listing and corporate actions
- Knowledge of Securities & Futures Act, SGX Listing Manual, and Companies Act
- Highly numerate with strong business acumen and highly detail oriented
- Strong bias for action, adept at client-facing and high-touch advisory engagements
- Ability to independently manage transactions. Prior experience in managing a transaction process and leading a transaction team, including playing an integral part during the due diligence process, will be preferred
- Ability to oversee financial modelling efforts, including providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of analysis
- Strong ability to manage multifaceted client and advisory requirements, and cross-functional workstreams
- Meticulous, analytical and driven, with passion for transaction advisory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
