Join RHT Capital as an Associate in Corporate Finance, supporting execution of transactions, conducting research, coordinating with clients, and preparing materials to drive deal origination and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing corporate finance transactions including IPOs, RTOs, capital raising, corporate actions, and fairness opinions to support client objectives
- Maintain high documentation standards during due diligence to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate effectively with clients and professional stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and markets to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare clear and persuasive presentation materials for deal origination and business development initiatives
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment by applying strong project and time management skills
- Communicate articulately in both written and verbal formats to support team and client interactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or comparable fields with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal and knowledge of listing rules to enhance transaction support
- Prior work experience in audit or corporate finance advisory to contribute practical insights
