Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing plans and initiatives that support business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities to grow the Bancassurance business.

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, monitoring expenses and providing recommendations to optimize resource allocation.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development and identify actionable insights.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth rollout of marketing activities and events.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines in all marketing activities.

  • Plan and deliver customer promotions, sales incentive programs, and key events/projects to drive business performance.

  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or event management, with a preference for experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.

  • Strong expertise in planning and executing marketing activities, with specific experience in Bancassurance considered a significant advantage.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced business and market environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Strong skills in MS Office, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
