Job Description

Your Role

  • Design and execute customer journey strategies across multiple touchpoints, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), automation, and personalization platforms to drive repeat usage, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage digital and data projects (e.g. marketing automation, personalization and cloud-based platforms), overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate tasks with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Merchandising, Business, UX/UI, Data Analytics, and IT Teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using key metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful delivery
  • Understand users pain points and craft customer journeys with UX/UI team through competitor analysis, market trend review and research.
  • Partner closely with Data Analytics teams to identify target segments, analyze customer behavior, and translate insights into actionable lifecycle and personalization campaigns.
  • Support governance, compliance, and operational feasibility assessments to ensure customer initiatives comply with regulatory, technical, and operational requirements while maintaining speed-to-market
  • Prepare for business cases, strategic proposals, and management presentations, articulating customer value, growth potential, and return on investment.

To succeed in this Role

  • 4-6 years experience in related fields, preferably with ecommerce experience and with CRM or loyalty marketing agency experience
  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Business/ Information or related discipline
  • Sound market understanding and ability to apply technology know-how to optimize marketing strategy
  • Persistent on solving problems and willing to dig into alternatives - always strike a balance among go-to-market time, user experience and technical/operational feasibility
  • Creative & digitally savvy with a focus on digital trends and customer behaviors
  • Excellent co-ordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business proposal writing & prese ntation skills are a must
  • Professional qualifications in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
