Job Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify their goals, challenges, and priorities, then convert these insights into practical application requirements.
Assess and confirm all requirements to guarantee they are thorough, consistent, achievable, and adhere to technical and governance guidelines.
Manage a small team responsible for delivering IT projects.
Foster effective collaboration among crossfunctional teams by using organized communication methods and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Offer ongoing application support, including diagnosing and resolving production issues.
Lead the creation of proactive monitoring systems, diagnostics, and operational tools that follow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Team up with other IT groups to spot areas for innovation, continuous improvement, and modernization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development
Expertise in web and mobile application development (Node.js, Java) experience with AI is advantageous
Demonstrated knowledge of managing large-scale services
Extensive experience in software integration, testing, and quality assurance
Proficiency with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure
Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices is preferred
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities and proven team collaboration skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
