Job Description

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Work closely with Agency Management Team and Agency Leaders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Facilitate agency recruitment onboarding process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and execute control measures.Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required

Requirements:

• 8 years progressive leadership in life insurance sector
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven track record in agency recruitment processes, particularly in MCV agencies
• Expertise in recruitment systems, compensation models
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage
