Job Responsibilities
- Resolve equipment failures cases and perform root cause investigations.
- Improve equipment reliability and sustains equipment capability.
- Improve equipment software and hardware by production requirements.
- Routine Preventive Maintenance execution
- Evaluate equipment potential risks and comes out contingency plans.
- Develop documents and standardizes of maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide engineering support to other engineering team, other production team, and other improvement teams.
- Learn skill of six-sigma, lean production, and SPC to support production troubleshooting.
- Compliance of safety and core value on daily work.
Job Qualification
- Well attitude and good team player.
- EE/ME relative BS or MS degree.
- Good PLC skill.
- Documentation, Computer, and Presentation skill.
- Good English listen/writing and speech skill.
- Take holiday shift and night shift
