What this job involves:

  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing mails and parcels; also be tasked with sorting interoffice mail and messages and maintaining mailroom supply inventories.
  • Follow customer and country specific mail handling and distribution requirements to provide timely and accurate mail collection / distribution at customer assigned mail stops, office and local post offices.
  • Follow all emergency and security procedures regarding suspect deliveries.
  • Enter all outbound and inbound mail/package/courier information into local tracking system.
  • Notify the recipient of the mail/package/courier within specified time frame, return to sender for unclaimed mails/packages.
  • Track and provide reporting on mailing/courier spend by cost center and provide finance with a cost allocation sheet/overview monthly.
  • Follow operation procedure to assure package are not left unattended.
  • Manage stationery / office supplies in compliance with customer's procedures, keep and stock in designated area and maintain stock of the necessary mailing items to be available on site.
  • Response to emergency calls and backup up for teams is required.
  • Perform other service assigned by supervisor to support the business as a whole in providing and efficient, flexible and user friendly service to the customer.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, observation skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
  • Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for MS Smart locker and technology.
  • Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
  • Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
  • Ability to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
