Job Description:
We are continuously seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our our Taiwan KSP(Kaohsiung Science Park) site. As a Machine Operator, you will ensure the stable, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment while maintaining high standards in quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production machines and follow daily work instructions
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or downtime promptly
- Conduct basic machine checks, cleaning, and simple troubleshooting
- Ensure all operations comply with Safety, Quality, and Production standards
- Perform inprocess inspections and record accurate production data
- Support line changeover, material loading/unloading, and basic equipment adjustments
- Collaborate with team leaders, technicians, and engineers to resolve production issues
- Maintain 5S and a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above
- Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred (but not required)
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Basic understanding of measurement tools and visual inspection
- Good teamwork, responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in shift patterns if required
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly, or automation lines
- Familiarity with machine interface systems or basic troubleshooting
- Stable work attitude and strong commitment to quality and safety
