Description and Requirements
You will
.Operate lighting consoles and moving head lights with proficiency.
.Set up and manage lighting equipment and power distribution for studio and outside broadcast (OB) productions.
.Collaborate with producers, cameramen, and CCU operators to design appropriate lighting effects.
.Maintain and repair lighting fixtures, power supplies, and accessories.
.Work independently under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
.Perform shift duties, including overnight, weekends, public holidays, and during emergencies (e.g. typhoons, black rainstorms, extreme conditions).
You Bring
.Diploma or higher qualification in Radio, Television, Film, Digital Media, or Technical Art from a recognized institution in Hong Kong, or equivalent.
.At least 2 years of experience in lighting operations in a television studio or theatre
OR at least 4 years of relevant experience without formal qualifications.
.Working-level spoken Cantonese and English, with the ability to read and understand production scripts in both Chinese and English.
.Fluent Cantonese and basic English for effective communication with producers, presenters, and guests.
