The Job
- Configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Establish, execute, and maintain standard processes and procedures to meet Service Level Agreements with internal and external partners and customers.
- .Actively research and explore new tools/technologies
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle high-stress situations comfortably.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines,
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive network engineering experience with 3 years managerial/team leader experience.
- Experience in network managed services is a distinct advantage.
- Network Certifications such as CCNA/HCIA is mandatory.
- Firewall certifications such as Hillstone Certified Security Professional (HCSP) or CheckPoint Certified Security Expert (CCSE) equivalent is an advantage.
- Security certifications such CISA, CISM, CISP, CISSP or equivalent is an advantage.
- Proficient in incident troubleshooting, fault identification, and isolation, as well as understanding various networking components like routing and switching and firewall.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and security principles.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
