Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Taipei for a Logistics Director at Supacaz. The Logistics Director will oversee and manage the company's supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to the global market. Responsibilities include optimizing inventory management, collaborating with international teams, negotiating with suppliers and carriers, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and a commitment to aligning logistics activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sports, Physical Education, or a related field
• Proficiency in Communication, including clear and effective interactions with international teams and partners
• Experience in Coaching and Sports Management
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes; familiarity with regulations and international shipping practices
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the sports or cycling industry is a significant plus
