The Role

We are looking for engineers passionate about building vertical AI agents focused on Web3, cryptocurrency, or financial domains.

You will train, fine-tune, and optimizelarge language models using techniques like reinforcement learning, then deploy them as practical AI systems across the platform.

This includes developing:

• Web3/crypto-focused AI agents
• Financial AI assistants and copilots
• Domain-specific Q&A and knowledge systems

You'll partner with product and engineering teams to integrate these AI capabilities into production products.

What You'll Work On

• Train, fine-tune (SFT/RLHF), and optimize LLMs for Web3/finance use cases
• Design model distillation pipelines for efficiency
• Build vertical AI agents, assistants, copilots, and RAG-based systems
• Conduct model reinforcement learning and related enhancements
• Optimize for real-time production in a global crypto platform

Who You Are

You're a strong fit if you have:

• Experience training/fine-tuning LLMs (SFT, RLHF, distillation, optimization)
• Building domain-specific AI for finance, crypto, or Web3
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and production deployment

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience developing LLM or deep learning systems
• Strong experience with Python
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Transformers, or similar frameworks
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving ability
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required, as this role involves collaboration with engineering teams in China.

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance, trading, quant, or Web3 applications
• Experience building AI agents or complex AI systems
• Experience with model distillation or inference optimization
• Experience deploying AI systems at scale
