We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Licensing Specialist,reporting to Senior Client Services Manager (Team Head).
Principal responsibilities
University degree with proven years of experience in banking and financial industry, preferably in a client service, licensing, business development role
Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and client engagement
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
Experience in a client services role is preferred, with a proactive approach to upselling
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to conduct market research and detect unlicensed use
Proactive and self-initiated to work independently and seek out new opportunities in dynamic environment
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
