Legal Manager to join a fast-growing team. In this role, you will lead contract review and negotiation, manage legal risks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
- Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support cross-functional teams on legal matters during contract execution
- Conduct legal research to support business decisions
- Lead and collaborate with the legal team on key legal initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years of team management
- Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law
- Experience handling external legal matters
- Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
