Main Responsibilities:

• Assistinpreparingandformattinglegal documents,reportsand correspondence
• Assist in maintainup-to-date filing system
• Check and verify invoices againstsubmittedquotations
• Provide administrative support
• Performmiscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks asrequired.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Legal Studies or equivalent
• Minimum of 3years relevantwork experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (includingCantonese andPutonghua)
• Proficiency inEnglish and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency inPC applications such as MS Word, Excel,Access,PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Highly self-motivated, hardworking,andable to work independently under minimal supervision.

The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term full-time contract, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary.
