Assist to develop and execute leasing and tenant mix strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the assigned portfolio of quality retail and commercial properties
Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
Conduct market research & analysis periodically and compile leasing reports
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably with major developers
Proven track record inidentifying tenants for premium leasing portfolio
Strong networks with property agencies, retailers and F&B operators
Proactive and positive attitude with good market sense
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
